Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens with your data when you visit intucora.com or order the German Job Fit service. The German version (Datenschutz) is the legally binding one; this English text is provided for your convenience.

Visiting the website
The website is static: no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no embedded videos or social networks, no external fonts. Our server (Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany) keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for up to 14 days to run the site securely (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).
Ordering German Job Fit
Payment is handled by our payment partner Payhip Ltd (London, UK) under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details, only your order e-mail, product and transaction ID.
The order form sends your details (name, contact data, CV text, job ad, language level, notes) to our server in Germany (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR – performing the contract). Before any AI processing, your name, e-mail, phone, address and birth date are replaced by placeholders. The pseudonymised texts are processed by AI models via OpenRouter Inc. (USA) with providers that do not store or train on the data ("zero data retention"); the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). A human at Intucora reads and releases your documents.
We keep your order data for 14 days after delivery (revision round), then delete it. Invoicing records held by Payhip follow statutory retention periods.
If you write to us, we keep your message to answer it and delete it once the matter is closed.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority (for us: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht). Just write to the address above.
