Intucora
Intucora – facts at a glance
Short answers to the most common questions about Intucora – for candidates, companies, journalists and anyone who wants to quote us.
What is Intucora?
Intucora is a list where skilled workers from Germany and abroad create a free, anonymous profile. Companies in Germany search the list and send requests. Intucora shares contact details only after the candidate has replied “Interested” to a request. Create a free profile →
What does Intucora cost candidates?
Nothing. A profile, confirmation and replies are always free for candidates.
What does Intucora cost companies?
€49 a month for company access (search, filter and send requests; cancel monthly). €349 one-off per contact – only if the candidate replies “Interested” to the request; the amount is then charged automatically. There is no fee on hire. All prices are final: as a small business under Sec. 19 UStG, Intucora does not charge VAT. For employers →
How current are the profiles?
Every 14 days, candidates must confirm that they are still looking or open to offers. If not, companies cannot send them requests. Only people who click the confirmation link in our e-mail appear in the list at all.
How does Intucora check documents?
Intucora reads uploaded documents automatically – language certificates in any language, qualification certificates and professional certificates. Next to the detail, one of four labels appears: ‘✓ Genuine – confirmed by the exam institute’ (only where the institute itself has confirmed it), ‘On file – verifiable with the issuer’ (authenticity not confirmed; we show the link to the issuer’s own check), ‘On file’ and ‘Candidate’s own statement’ (no proof). Candidates state themselves whether they may work in Germany, where they live and their driving licence; Intucora does not accept ID cards or residence permits. What the labels mean →
What Intucora is not
Intucora does not employ or lend anyone – it makes the introduction. Intucora gives no legal or visa advice and does not promise a job or a hire.
Which occupations are excluded?
Healthcare and nursing. For these jobs, only the Federal Employment Agency may recruit from many countries (Sec. 38 BeschV), so Intucora leaves them out entirely for now – also for candidates from Germany.
What else does Intucora offer?
A paid service for German application documents (CV €29, with cover letter €49), a free German CV template, the guidebook series ‘Working in Germany’ and a blog in 16 languages. The blog articles are created by AI and checked automatically before publication. Application documents → CV template → Books →
In which languages?
Pages for candidates are available in 16 languages, pages for companies in German and English. Intucora writes e-mails in German or English.
