Right of withdrawal and withdrawal form

As of 30 September 2026. This notice applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code who order application documents (German Job Fit) from us. It does not apply to businesses.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. A letter sent by post or an e-mail is sufficient.

You may use the model withdrawal form printed below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Payment is handled by our payment provider Payhip. The reimbursement takes the same route back.

If we started early at your request

If you requested that we begin preparing your documents during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

We calculate this according to the actual stage: if nothing has been written yet, you pay nothing. If the draft CV exists, we charge half the package price. If all documents are finished and released, the service has been provided in full.

When the right of withdrawal expires early

Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have provided the service in full, provided that you expressly requested beforehand that we begin the service before the withdrawal period ends, and at the same time confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance (§ 356 (5) no. 2 of the German Civil Code).

We obtain both statements explicitly in our order form. Without them your right of withdrawal remains in place until the fourteen days have passed – even if the documents have already been delivered.

This matters because it is often stated incorrectly: the right does not expire when we start working, but only once the service has been provided in full.
