Honest limits

• This service prepares documents: it does not apply for jobs for you and does not contact employers in your name. If you want employers to find you, create a free profile in our directory.
• We do not give legal advice on visas, residence permits or recognition procedures. We link to the official sources (Make it in Germany, Anerkennung in Deutschland).
• We do not prepare documents for healthcare and nursing professions and do not accept profiles for them. Background: under Sec. 38 of the German Employment Ordinance (BeschV), only the Federal Employment Agency may recruit and place people from certain countries in these professions. We therefore stay out of this field entirely.
• Nothing is invented: only what you tell us goes in. If your German is A2, your documents say A2.
• Before an AI processes your CV, we automatically replace personal details in it with placeholders: names, address, date of birth, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, profile links, ID and account numbers, details such as marital status or religion, and the names of other people, for example your references. Afterwards we put the real details back. The detection follows fixed rules and does not catch every spelling. Everything else, such as positions, employers and dates, goes to the AI unchanged. The AI runs via OpenRouter (USA); there we only use providers that commit to not keeping your data after processing and not using it for training. Your data is stored on our server in Germany. We automatically delete the details from your order form and your documents 12 months after your order.
• We write in the language of the job ad. If the ad explicitly requires German documents or a high German level, or if the role is not workable without German, we write in German and explain why in the cover note. With no job ad – only a target role – we write in German.
