Create a professional profile

A profile employers and recruiters can judge professionally – without your name, your address and your phone number. It makes no difference whether you live in Germany or abroad.

Go straight to the form ↓

You can create your profile now. Companies can send you requests. A company only receives your contact details once you reply “Interested” to its request. You have no obligation to pay.

My overview →

What it costs: €0

No listing fee, no deposit, no paid verification. Not later either. Ordering documents from us does not give you priority in the pool.

How it works and what companies see – open here

What is visible

Companies with access see your professional details, for example profession, experience, education, German and English level, right to work, salary expectation, target region and when you can start. They only see other languages, your voluntary details and your texts in full wording after an unlock. Up front, companies only see whether you live in Germany or abroad; which country exactly, only after the unlock. They only get your e-mail address once you reply “Interested” to a request and the company pays. This is not fully anonymous: someone who knows you might recognise a very specific description.

Stated or checked

Everything here is your own statement to begin with. If you upload a document in “My overview” after signing up, we check it – and companies see the result right next to your details.

How this works — in six steps

No hidden rules. This is all of them.

  1. 1. Create your profile and confirm it
You fill in the form. We send you an email. Only when you click the link in it does anyone see you. Without that click, nothing happens.
  2. 2. Confirm every 14 days
After 7 days we ask by email: are you still looking? One click is enough. If you do not click for 14 days, companies can no longer find you. Nothing is deleted – one click brings you back.
  3. 3. A company writes to you
You get an e-mail with the job and a personal message from the company. You have 7 days to reply “Interested” or “Not interested”. Until then your contact details stay protected. If you do not reply, we pause your profile; one click brings it back.
  4. 4. You say “Interested”
The company then pays for the contact – usually automatically at the same moment. If that does not work, it has 48 hours. If it does not pay, the request ends and your details stay protected.
  5. 5. The company has your reply
It now receives your reply and your e-mail address and can write to you through Intucora. It only gets your name and your documents if you have stored them with us. For 7 days we do not pass you on to any other company.
  6. 6. You decide, at any time
Pause, reactivate or delete your profile — one click each, in your overview. You do not have to give a reason for deleting.

What it costs you: 0 €. At every step.

Profession and experience

We do not take on healthcare and nursing professions at the moment – not even if you live in Germany. The reason: for these jobs, only the Federal Employment Agency may recruit people from many countries (Sec. 38 BeschV). So we leave them out entirely for now. For every other occupation, carry on here.

Only for our messages to you. Employers do not see it.

Where do you live right now? *

Not your target region in Germany — where you are right now. Together with your nationality, it affects the visa route and how fast you could start.

For example: electronics technician, welder, software developer.

The qualification and subject are enough — for example “Bachelor in mechanical engineering”. Please leave out anything that would identify you personally.

One task per line. Please without company names.

One per line, for example welding certificate, SAP certificate, forklift licence. Tick your driving licence below.

Highest qualification *

For the EU Blue Card a recognised university degree is usually required.

Is your qualification recognised in Germany? *

Qualification from Germany? Then pick the first answer. A qualification from abroad often has to be recognised first.

A1 = a few words · A2 = simple sentences · B1 = everyday conversations · B2 = good enough for work · C1 = almost fluent · C2 = like a native speaker.

Please be honest. A level stated too high shows on the first phone call.

A1 = a few words · A2 = simple sentences · B1 = everyday conversations · B2 = good enough for work · C1 = almost fluent · C2 = like a native speaker.

Separated by commas, with the level if you like (for example: Polish B2, Kurdish native).

Right to work in Germany *

This is about your passport, not where you live. Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein count like the EU.

This is the first thing a German employer checks. An honest answer helps you more than a flattering one.

Target region in Germany *

Tick where you want to work. “Anywhere in Germany” means: everywhere.

Willing to relocate *
Available from *
Notice period *
Driving licence

Tick all classes you hold.

Driving-related qualifications

Only tick what you have. You do not need to upload anything for this.

Salary expectation (gross per year) *

Pick a range. If you do not know German salary levels yet, choose “Still open” — employers still see you.

Voluntary details

Details like these often appear on German CVs. You choose whether to state them. Companies only see them after an unlock and cannot search or filter by them.

German CVs usually state it. You decide — employers cannot filter by it.

Helps employers judge the visa route. Your right to work is what counts — you stated that above.

Your situation

Employers see this. All they learn from it is whether you could start soon or have a notice period.

We send you an e-mail to confirm first – nothing becomes visible without that click. Details in our privacy notice.

Would you rather start with the documents?

You can also have your CV and cover letter written first and decide afterwards whether you want a profile. Joining stays free either way.
